CNB certification is a procedure currently under development that will be used to verify the conformity of building and facility assessment data with the CNB methodology. The certification initially supports housing companies and research projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-foreground-dark-color has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-af15cd63d6694e4458f23a417439e29d\"><strong>CNB-Standard<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-foreground-dark-color has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-000c497f4802cef4c0afdc941f1abf90\">The standard is being applied and tested for the first time in the CNB portfolio portal BETA. Since 2022, this has been supporting the decarbonization of real estate portfolios and buildings, initially in the housing stock of <em>Bochumer Wohnst\u00e4tten e.G.<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-foreground-dark-color has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-863aa44cf5eba73c5daa6f9aa5760ca8\">The prototypical development of the portal and the testing of benchmarks is based on the planning and evaluation of solar and climate protection settlements in North Rhine-Westphalia since 2000 (<em>50 Solarsiedlungen-NRW<\/em>, <em>100 Klimaschutzsiedlungen NRW<\/em>), the experience gained from the long-term <em>ReConGeb<\/em> project since 2015, and the development of the <em>sustainable data platform<\/em> since 2020. The open methodology with the concept of EU data protection standards, data minimization, data quality, data donations, and decentralized server structures allows for rapid dissemination in Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-foreground-dark-color has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-e5027a1904711141aad2ca37b47bce0a\"><strong>sdp interfaces (API)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-foreground-dark-color has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-717edb9196c7efd2413cf43792c86d0b\">Data exchange is based on defined indicators and their consistent recording and communication. To ensure uniform data collection, processing, and output, the CNB building interface (CNB API) was developed in collaboration with <em>HOWOGE<\/em> and <em>form follows you GmbH<\/em>. The life cycle assessment and creation of EAV digitization was supported by the participants in the Evidence-Based Construction Methodology initiative (<em>Initiative Nachweisbasierte Baumethodik<\/em>). At the plant level, <em>MET Medien-Energie-Technik GmbH<\/em> and <em>FhG-IOSB<\/em> are further developing and publishing standard measurement schemes for uniform quality assurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-foreground-dark-color has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-bd18eb67b1ee0ec42cbc12603f6e0501\">The building-wide systemic analysis and development of an initial neighborhood interface (CELL-API) was carried out with <em>Fritz Husemann GmbH<\/em> and the support of the <em>h2-wiki<\/em> stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-70b06408237af386082d7b8cb03a04ca\" style=\"color:#f28007\"><a href=\"https:\/\/sustainable-data-platform.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/sdp_climate-neutral-buildings_API-DRAFT_2026-02-04.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">-> Draft of CNB-API 02\/2026 (DE)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-foreground-dark-color has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-d25fa8807fa83819caff6fb0f6a180c7\"><strong>A big Thank You to everyone involved in the development of the standard for their often voluntary work!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-foreground-dark-color has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-ec8a0dc1b0636214b75083dd829cd721\"><strong>open-science Processing note<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-foreground-dark-color has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-2ee641a36f6e9372a043441c19844c9e\">The fundamentals of the sdp standard are based on many years of climate protection practice in organizations, companies, science, and administration. The aim is to provide a holistic assessment with illustrations of relevant key figures that are as intuitive as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-foreground-dark-color has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-bf7ddb1e7049302191a41d0714e8d1ae\">The creation of high-quality KPIs, APIs, and standards must be subject to ongoing quality assurance, which cannot be provided continuously in the course of voluntary prototype construction (-> status prototype or draft).
