It collects and visualizes key data on efficiency, energy consumption, heating costs and climate protection. For example, data warehouse queries support strategy development with comparative graphics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-text-color has-small-font-size\">The participants of the module share and develop tools for improved design, execution and and control of maximally economical climate-neutral buildings. Goal is the common production of minimum viable products (MVPs) to support the rollout of emipirically proven climate neutral buildings and business models for metering and sustainability service companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-text-color has-small-font-size\">The rapid prototyping process starts with the migration of existing data into the data warehouse and the harmonisation of international standards and rules of semantization. To translate the needs for a climate neutral housing stock to decision makers KPIs and key-visuals are developed for datawarehouse queries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"377\" src=\"https:\/\/sustainable-data-platform.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Header_2-1024x377.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sustainable-data-platform.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Header_2-1024x377.png 1024w, https:\/\/sustainable-data-platform.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Header_2-300x111.png 300w, https:\/\/sustainable-data-platform.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Header_2-768x283.png 768w, https:\/\/sustainable-data-platform.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Header_2.png 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-text-color\"><strong>Collaborative further development of proven monitoring standards<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-text-color has-small-font-size\">Since 1997 the German state government of North Rhine-Westphalia and the EnergyAgency.NRW launched programs for the construction of \u201c50 solar energy housing estates\u201d and \u201c100 Climate Protection Housing Estates\u201d. The programs have set CO<strong><sub>2<\/sub><\/strong> target values for residential buildings for new construction as well as for renovation. The long term evaluation of participating buildings allows improved action and KPI-development based on feedback from the monitored NZEB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-text-color has-small-font-size\">In 2015, the Reference-Controlling-Building (ReConGeb) project approach was developed to support cost-effective NZEB . In the long-term project, monitoring routines for energy-saving systems and buildings introduced since 2006 have been further developed into a cybernetic observer approach with minimal monitoring effort. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-text-color has-small-font-size\">Since 2019 the sdp climate-neutral-building methodology is developed for the prototypical programming of the sdp-code, which is to be further developed in international cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-default\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Sorry, most papers are currently available in <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/stiftung-energieeffizienz.org\/publikationen-presse\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/stiftung-energieeffizienz.org\/publikationen-presse\/\" target=\"_blank\">German<\/a>.
